MY STORY
Adrienne Graffius
As a wife and mother of two small children, I understand how busy life can be.
I was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, which impacted not only my nutrition, but my emotional wellbeing, exercise habits, and relationships.
I understand that in order to manage my diabetes I not only needed to get my sugars under control, but have balance. I needed to make myself a priority so I could better support and care for my family.
I've spent over 10 years in the Wellness space and I have learned that your wellbeing is more than just a diet plan or exercise routine. Its knowing that all areas of wellness; from sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management, work life balance, spirituality and relationships are all intertwined. When we make positive changes in one area, we feel motivated to change other areas also.
Your wellbeing is a priority, and you are an expert in it. Allow me to come along side you on your wellness journey by creating small changes that lead to lasting change.
