Q: What if I can't make the Live version of the class?
A: You are encouraged to attend Live, but if you can't I will send you the recording.

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: A mat, a pair of dumbbells, water, and a good attitude!
​
Q: What kinds of workouts does this involve?
A: Cardio, strength training and stretching will all be covered!

Q:When will the classes be?
A: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am EST.
